"For many years we had planned to build our retirement home in Cold Springs, PA.  After all that time of putting our thoughts and dreams on paper, Dave and his crew made it a reality.  Having started in October, late in the year, they built throughout the winter  and gave us what we wanted.  We cannot say enough how happy we are and how Dave was upfront and honest with us throughout the building process.  We look forward to the future of having our children and grandchildren coming to visit us in our new home in the country and all the memories that will be made.  Many thanks to Dave and his crew for a job well done!"
